Spacious room, comfortable and clean. Friendly common area and near water bus stop and main attractions. Restaurants and shopping areas also very accesible. Just little space in the bathroom for hanging and putting our toiletries.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. They were checking in with me several times on What’s App to make sure my stay was going well, the lady at the front was very helpful with guidance to get around. The only slight blemish is that they don’t have a front attendant evenings and mornings but it’s a 5 star for me!

Hidden Gem in Venice!!!!

Great location, close to St Mark's Basilica, recently rennovated with tasteful decor. Excellent option for families, our room fitted the 4 of us comfortably. Loved the complimentary snacks as well as the really nice A/C temperature. Would definitely stay again!!

Excellent location and very clean

Good location, a very clean and comfortable room with an updated bathroom. As with any older building, hallway noise can be an issue but earplugs take care of that. I would definitely stay here again.

Good central location near to Rialto and St Mark’s square. Nice room with additional free snacks and drinks offered in the room. Bathroom was poky and a bit mouldy and beds weren’t the most comfortable we’ve experienced but overall ok
