Great Hotel

I had stayed before and liked the location just a few minutes from San Marco. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Will stay again when i next come to Venice.

All the staff were excellent, very professional. The bedrooms were absolutely spotless. The only criticism is, paper cups in the bedroom for coffee & tea, & the plates in the breakfast room were tiny, smaller than tea plates. Apart from that, excellent plus! I would definitely stay there again. It should be a 4 star not 3!

Best part of hotel was the staff. Very warm and friendly. Had booked including breakfast but somehow between Expedia and the hotel it didnt carry over. Breakfast staff lovely helpful people with generous pots of coffee which is unusual in Venice. Breakfast itself not great -cold dry eggs, cold oily zucchini. Good croisanrs and fruit. However, walls are thin and i could hear a neighbor snoring and someone on a lower level kept slamming doors in the middle of the night. Overall okay and convenient

Everyone was very cordial and friendly and very helpful. The cotton for breakfast was excellent. Location is superb. However, we had a small issue with the water temperature twice. Each time there was minimal hot water, but they were able to increase the water pressure and we got hot water within 15 or 20 minutes. But it was annoying to happen Twice and we were only there for two nights. But overall extremely happy with everything else.

Fantastic location to walk to all attractions in St. Marks. Old world charm in the style of hotel decorations. Lovely garden tables. Absolutely amazing helpful front desk staff. They helped us find a way to the airport on our last day, which is a complicated task in Venice.

Very nice classic European hotel experience. The room was spacious and well cared for. The hotel has nice ambiance and the library bar was very unique. The staff was night and day though - 2 of the desk staff were the most helpful individuals and even mailed an item for us, 2 we snobby and stuck up and were offended that we were actually asking questions. But that for the lesson on the difference between water bus and water taxi.
