Great hotel with great location

Hotel was right beside train station and was in middle of all the action and restaurants. Hotel was very nice and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast option was good and tasty. Definitely will stay there again when visiting Venice next time.

The hotel was better than I expected. The room was lovely and pretty quiet. No lift so you do have to carry your luggage up the stairs which was not a surprise. Really close to the train station which made it easy for our really early morning train departure. The staff were not that friendly which was abit disappointing. But overall hotel totally adequate. We loved our time in Venice, such a beautiful city!

Great hotel for visit to Venice

The hotel is very close to the train station so making it very easy to walk even with large luggage. Check in was simple and hotel is secure with key card required for entry. It is a short walk to the main walk way where there are dozens of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a short trip to Venice.

Overall a very convenient place to stay. Small and cozy. Very warm lady at breakfast who is always ready to top up the food. However, the sound insulation of room is poor so we could hear the noise along the street quite clearly. Shower enclosure was also very small. I guess the convenience makes up for it, and ok for a short stay.

We stayed for 2 nights, the room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was very nice, coffee great too. The room had a mini fridge however didn’t seem to stay very cold, could have been you needed to keep key card in the wall all day, but we were only given 1 card so couldn’t do this. Overall very nice stay. Great location too. Check in was in the opposite hotel reception.

Hotel was excellent and very close to Train station, clean room, front desk very helpful, but the lady serving Breakfast needs to be trained how to treat customers and stop speaking in Italian to people speak English, she seems she hate her job and very unorganised.

Good little spot

The location was great and an easy walk from the train station. Yes you have to check in a few doors down across the street but there is a sign on the door that makes it very clear. A great little place for a quick visit.

The room was spacious and clean. Very convenient location to the train and bus station. There was a lot of street/alley noise during our Saturday night stay. This hotel is staffed by another hotel across the street. There was some confusion about when and where to eat our breakfast - a miscommunication between the front desk and the woman setting up breakfast in our hotel. She was very flustered and a little bit rude that we had sat down to have breakfast when we did even though the front desk staff had told us to.
