"Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel. Front desk staff was professional, polite, courteous and helpful. Cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and staff kept the area well organized and maintained. This hotel's location is perfect, especially for the Piazza San Marco area. Close to many amenities. The only drawback we experienced was the lack of air conditioning. It was not working in our room. Otherwise, a great stay at this hotel."
