"Not bad rooms. Not great either. No cable so you must use your own apps which don't work properly from out of the country. They got our room wrong so we had to move the next day. The staff at the hotel do try and the cleaners are good. The restaurant is so bad that we had to go find other places to eat which was frustrating considering we booked here with plans to eat here based on reviews and their website which is misleading. There are homeless people harassing you while you eat and management don't care. They say "it's a public beach" but the drunks and drug addicts were falling on our table forcing us to leave. There were never any people in the restaurant which is a terrible sign. You have to wait an hour for food and they mess up simple orders. Also not friendly. Desk staff are not helpful and he office was cl9sed on chekout on a Saturday at 9:10am. Room was ok but had broken door handle and no security. We felt unsafe. Will not return."
"Avoid this hotel at all costs. While its easy to walk to the airport from here the hotel is loud, noisy and the front desk staff were unfirendly. The hotel is WAY Past needing an update. Only redeeming factors were that the shower pressure was good and the air conditioning worked. From around midnight to 5am a roudy group of people yelled, screamend and were obviously drunk. You could here them all over the hotel as the walls are thin, Around 5:15 they stomped upstairs and starting fights and slamming doors. It was awful. It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep and the hotel did nothing to stop them from making all the noise they wanted to make. I had 3 rooms booked an no one could sleep. The one bar they have was to open at 3PM....hadn't opened by 4pm so we left. When we came back around 8pm it was open. That bartender was nice but that was the only person we interacted with who wasn't unfirendly. Avoid at all costs."
"On the Boardwalk / waterfront in Christiansted, next to the National Park Historic Site. Ideal for visiting St Croix for National Park sites. The staff were great, rooms large and quiet. Car park is not paved and in between two building. This hotel DOES NOT have elevators in the new building."
"Amazing ocean views, very clean, attentive staff. I would recommend a game room, pool tables, darts and gaming machines. Food was subpar but the kitchenette was a game changer! Security should be more focused on crowd control than guests. Overall I would recommend Bluebeard’s Castle in St Thomas."
"So nice being right on the beach. We didn’t mind being by the airport at all, the noise wasn’t bad and we kinda liked watching the planes. We even walked from airport to the hotel and it was a very easy walk.
Third floor room was perfect to sit out and see the view. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially with getting taxis. "
