"The stay started a lil rough but the leadership staff particularly the general manager, Al, saved the stay. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable for the right reasons. We will definitely return bc of his efforts. He allowed us to see the beauty of the resort and such.

"It’s a quiet, beautiful location. We basically had the place to ourselves until the wine tasting night. It’s close to Point Udall, which is a great place to watch the sunrise. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There were only two downsides. One, I booked a room for a family of five, so I assumed there would be a sofa/bed or just a sofa. "When I first read reviews of Tamarind, the reviews were mixed. I decided to take a chance and we couldn’t have been happier. The room was spacious and clean. The location of our room was fantastic, I walked out with my coffee every morning and was greeted by the ocean. The pool was right there and my daughter loved that. On site restaurant and bar was great and other dining options in any direction walkable. Plenty of local history and the people you meet are super friendly!"
