Sand Castle on the Beach - Adults Only

"We loved our time at Sand Castle. Everything was top notch. Beautiful resort with excellent amenities and a fabulous QUIET beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The Fredricksted side of the island was very relaxed and not overrun with tons of tourists competing for beach space. The food at the restaurant was very good and all of the staff were very kind and helpful. It was a very nice touch to be personally welcomed by the owner Chris and Ted. We will 100% stay here again."

"My visit was during off seasons, so a lot of the resort was under construction. No pool but the ocean view is amazing. The staff were so sweet. The coffee was exquisite and they have event nights which made up for no pool. The Caribbean night is fantastic, The most fun I’ve ever had."

"The place was clean and very friendly staff. I’d recommend staying here, but I would note that the dinner spot was closed while we were there (not sure if it’s because we went in the offseason or if they actually had private events there, which we didn’t see) and that the beach on the property had so much seaweed buildup that you couldn’t really go into the water, which wasn’t their fault. The good thing is, is that they had a free shuttle everyday from 12-4pm to a beach nearby that had no seaweed. Other than those 2 things, no complaints."

"I had to make a last minute reservation the price was one the best. Arriving sweaty distraught and heart broken. Jamie the “everything person” there ie check in/ bartender/ local artist promoter. Was so kind and engaged. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is AMAZING so much history and decor still from all the years of it’s opening which was back in the 1700’s Beautiful views calm friendly people. Will always recommend this place and understand why it’s remained open this long! Thanks to all the people that work there you represent the truly amazing part of the island."
