"This resort advertises itself as a 4 star hotel, when in fact it is a timeshare property. There are very few amenities. Housekeeping does not come in unless you request it. If you want clean towels and sheets, they will drop off a bag at your door and you make your bed yourself. Garbage is not removed daily in your room either so you have to bag it up and leave it outside of your room. The people in the lobby are nice and helpful but others in the Cafe and restaurant are not too friendly and...

"As long as you know that this is an older hotel so you will see the wear everywhere then you'll enjoy your stay. There is no food option at the hotel so you'll definitely have to travel into town for that. The pool was fine. The room was clean. If you want an inexpensive stay for a few days then you'll be just fine here. Also, it's within walking distance to the airport so unless you have alot of bags DON'T waste money on a taxi. "I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there. Someone at the hotel gave us the phone number of a local taxi driver. We are truly appreciative of this gesture. The location was...

"The St John Inn is a hidden gem. We were so lucky to have come across it. The reviews were spot on and everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and enjoy our time in St John. I can’t say enough about how special and quaint the Inn was. 5 stars for us!"

"I love the privacy we had with room and balcony. There is no smoking of any kind on property, but they do have a designated area. Not too many activities unless you travel over to st John's but the stay was great!"

"We enjoyed our recent stay at Sapphire Beach Resort. The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly. This location is a close ride to the Red Hook ferry, and the snorkeling on the little reef was great!"

"Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it."
