"Room was very clean but no housekeeping for a two nite is a little weird. Garbage should be emptied at the very least. Service at the rooftop restaurant was terrible as were the breakfasts. There was no juice , only a coffee which was warm. The eggs were terrible and only 1 piece of toast . There was no fruit offered. A beautiful setting but even though the restaurant was empty, the food took a long time and I noticed dirty tables left and tables were not wiped down. Reception service was...

"Great location and reliable choice of stay. Room was great and bed very comfortable."

"Great location, staff great. Had a maintenance issue and moved us immediately, no problem, very apologetic no bid deal"

"Clean and in the middle of the city. Short walks too."

"寝室の壁が薄く金曜日夜の騒音（近くのパブでの客の声）が気になりました。それ以外の日も週末は音楽が夜中２-3時まで続いたりしていました。それ以外は部屋も広く綺麗でシャワー室、トイレも2つ、ベットがある部屋も3つあり親子2世代で泊まるに良かったです"

Room could have been cleaned better, there was hair in the shower and diamonties on the bathroom floor from the previous guests. "Helpful and friendly staff, room was fine, beach towels came with the room and were able to be swapped, as were bath towels. Lack of plug sockets in useful places however. Had to charge phone in wardrobe. All in all, very good stay."

"It's quite outdated"

"The kitchen was well stocked and had lits of cupboards and fridges for keeping your own food organised. Great wifi, The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Staff were super helpful. The laundry had washers and dryers ehich was good. The location was great. We could walk across the road to the supermarket and close to lots of restaurants and pubs."

"Proximity to shopping centers and Restaurants. Excellent value. The only complaint is about AC, hardly working. Fortunately, ceiling fan was great as it was not too hot in late August. Very helpful staff."
