The place isnt in very good condition. The door to the bathroom doesnt have a lock. The rooms is not in good shape. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the hottub was cold.

The reception was amazingly friendly and helpful. They lent us 2 giant golf umbrellas and pool towels to take on our reef cruise. The room had no view, but we weren’t there to look out the window. The Esplanade was just a block away and the mall with many shops for things we fortjust a brief walk.

The portico over the main entrance was rotting and falling apart.New locks had been fitted on the room doors but they were all on an lean and the main door was damaged and could very easily be broken into .An upgrade of rooms is badly needed.staff were great and best feature was the location

Great location, easy to walk to the Esplanade which has a lot of restaurants and bars and across from the aquarium The room we got appeared to have been recently renovated and had an outdoor seating area for us to use which was great The downside was the Internet access was very hit and miss, but that could have been due to the location of the room #201 which was far from the reception The bathroom door stuck on the floor so had to be lifted to open and close to avoid a very loud squeak Initially we were offered a ground floor room, which was level with the parking, so if you wanted to use the outdoor seating it was directly in front of parked cars, get the 2nd floor if this is an issue for you The pool looked nice, but the weather wasn't the best so we didn't use it Overall would recommend
