The staff were exceptional especially Manny and Michael Kemp. Manny went above and beyond in service, hospitality and kindness. He truly made our stay worth while. The rooms were definitely 4 1/2 star, very clean, updated and modern with a classy design. The food at breakfast was excellent! Tasty and delicious and had everything you could want, even for fussy eaters. Pool area was lovely, great for kids and adults. Definitely will be returning when next in cairns.

Nice room, enjoyed the breakfast and while the pool wasn’t open we were able to use the lovely pool down the road.

Staff was always welcoming and helpful. Exellent breakfast with good variety. Rooms very clean spacious and modern. Exellent location close to harbour and esplanade at the waterfront.
