Always feels nice to stay there whenever we visit cairns to service the car or for shopping. Feels nice to return to it after being out and around Cairns for the day. Buffet breakfast always lovely. The hotel is centrally located to the esplanade, marina, town. Several good restaurants nearby. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The room was good size but the finishes are dated and finishes needs updating particularly the bathroom which was very small. Room was clean and nice however the bathrooms are extremely small. It was difficult to shower with such a low ceiling and small tub area. Staff was very nice and welcoming and housekeeping took good care of the room. Great views from our room and easy to use curtains to block out light for sleeping.
