地點方便，房間乾淨舒服，會再入住

老闆娘係台灣人，好親切友善，由於唔係酒店，制度上比較彈性，地點容易揾，就算半夜肚餓，樓下都好多便利店同食店，我係住榻榻米三人房，床鋪好舒服，我地都訓得好好，有暖氣，浴室同廁所分開，沖涼唔會阻住人去廁所，好乾淨，有啲似返屋企咁，仲可以開三個大喼一齊執嘢，比酒店大好多，仲有微波爐，離池袋jr東口大概7分鐘路程，有wifi,wifi好過好多酒店，保安都好好，下次都會繼續入住

除了暖氣問題，其餘都很好

池袋出口步行約十分鐘左右，環境寧靜，附近食肆多，晚上沿途會比較熱鬧。格局以家居設計為主，有簡單餐具，有微波爐，但無煤氣。唯一美中不足是暖氣不算得夠力度，雖顯示為30度，但感覺不似此度數，需要加添厚被並穿保暖衣睡覺才不致着涼。且時間掣最長是10小時，早上可能感到清涼。除此一項，其餘都很好，環境乾淨衞生。補充一點，屋主會要求加 Line或微信以方便聯絡！

Comfortable apartment that is close to everything

The location of the apartment is amazing, it is close to ikebukuro station, sunshine city, animate, and ichiran ramen is just 5 mins walk away. Even though it is so close to everything, it is rather quiet at night. The futons and beds were big and comfortable as well! The host was very hospitable and showed us around the place to let us know where to find everything we need. She was also extremely responsive to enquiries and tried to accomodate to our requests/check in times as much as possible. I have stayed in other apartments in ikebukuro before and none of them were as big as this one as they have a separate toilet and shower room. I would stay here when I travel to japan again and recommend this place to everyone I know! Thank you for the great stay :)

집같은 편안함 정말 추천합니다!

방이 굉장히 넓고 옷장도있고 요리해먹을수있는 씽크대 가스렌지 전자렌지가 있어서 너무좋았어요. 화장실은 변기와 샤워실이 따로있어서 서로 겹치지않고 이용할수있고 샤워실은 코인세탁기에서 빨아서 말릴수있는 건조기능도 있어서 장기숙박이나 일반 숙박객들도 속옷이나 수건을 많이 안챙겨도 되서 좋을것같네요. 수건은 처음 한번은 제공되는데 페이스타올 바디타올 등등 사이즈별로 한세트 주셔서 충분히 넉넉하게 사용했고 혹시 더 필요하신분은 200엔으로 새수건 세트를 렌탈가능하고 아니면 코인세탁한뒤 화장실 건조기능으로 말리셔도 좋을것 같네요. 저는 일반 호텔처럼 생각하고 모르고 수건을 못가져갔는데 주인분께서 친절하게 넉넉하게 챙겨주셔서 4박5일동안 충분히 사용했습니다♡ 제일 좋은점은 일반 가정집처럼 편한하고 포근한 느낌이 들어서 꼭 꼭 도쿄온다면 또 오고싶어요! 이케부쿠로역 동쪽방면 나와서 빅카메라 쪽 따라오다보면 쉽게 찾을수 있습니다~ 주인분이 엄청 친절하셔서 정말 지인들한테 추천하고 싶어요~ こんにちはーこの４日間お世話になりました。いい所にあって部屋も広くて綺麗ので凄く良かったです(*Ü*) あと、タオルをいっぱい貸して頂いて本当にありがとうございます⸜(*ˊᗜˋ*)⸝ また東京に来るとここに泊まりたいですね(* ´ ˘ ` *) 韓国の友達にもオススメします〜ありがとうございました⸜(*ˊᗜˋ*)⸝

位置很方便，附近有便利商店超市和24小時的餐廳，步行10分鐘就可到Animate和Kbooks等動漫有關商店，而且很接近Sunshine City和池袋車站。

We were rather lucky to get a room that is bed fitted rather than futon. The coin laundry at the property definitely helps a lot. Definitely do not mind staying in again. 不介意再一次入住，但愿能够再拿到有床架的房间。

性價比很高的住宿! 舒適又乾淨，而且因為不在大街上，行人不多，拖著行李從JR池袋站東口走過去反而很輕鬆。附近有超商跟一蘭，也有很多餐廳，找吃的不難。接近SUNSHINE CITY跟ANIMATE，走路幾分鐘就到，順路就可以去逛，超方便! 希望下次來能住到榻榻米的房型www The great location I've ever stayed in Tokyo! Comfortable & clean. And it's easy to wheel the luggage to the hotel from JR Ikebukuro Station as they're located in a street that is not much pedestrian pass by. Nearby SunShine City, ANIMATE, 24H convenient store & restaurants. Only a few minutes by walk to all of these locations. Hopefully, we can stay in the Tatami room next time :D

its super helpful of the owner to walk us through the entire room and to answer every possible questions we might have. Her exceptional hospitality makes us feel like home. The property also has a washing machine, which cost 300 yen to wash for 30 minutes and the detergent is free. it has hair dryer, stove for cooking and its great for someone who wants a cheaper option to stay close to Ikebukuro. It is very convenient and close to train stations.

オーナーさんがとても親切で到着した日は、街の案内もしてくれ助かりました。自分の家のように過ごせて良かったです。帰りに挨拶が出来なくて残念でした。住所や説明等が英語表記だったので日本語表記もあれば便利だと思います。でもまた宿泊したいと思います。

向二人出行或三口之家推荐

这是第二次入住小新家了。一，位置非常好，距离池袋站步行八分钟，但又闹中取静，旁边就是警察局治安也很放心。出门就有很多提供早餐的咖啡馆，也有24小时拉面店一兰，还有很多家便利店。二，全楼有门禁，烟雾警报，电梯，门口道路空间也足够宽，方便叫出租车和搬运行李。三，室内打扰的非常整洁，寝具和毛巾等也都很舒服。空间对两个成人来说也足够用。卫生间和浴室分离，还有一个迷你厨房台面，早上洗漱等互不影响。

The owner is very kind and made sure we had everything we needed especially since our baggage had not yet arrived. I was not used to sleeping on a futon but there were extras in the closet to double up on.
