Convenient location close to train. A bit of a struggle booking in but finally sorted. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Rooms are small but it is Japan. Felt very safe and reasonably quiet. Laundry facilities are good, not too far out of Tokyo so OK.

When we arrived our room was ready with the extra bedding for our 2 boys 12 &13. The room meet our family needs and felt very spacious. The bunk beds gave everyone there own space. Lots of outlets for charging. The room was cleaned and equipped with everything. We enjoyed the small kitchenette. It had some appliances rice cooker, kettle, mini fridge and plates, mugs and cutlery. The area was a perfect location to the Metro, restaurants and grocery shopping. Just a few minutes from the front door. The laundry was very reasonably priced. It was on a nice quiet street. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any question or request we had. The baggage lockers where free and came in handy on check out day. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We have the family room with 2 single bed and sofa bed. Our room hallway is expose to outside, it is easy to let bugs in to our room if you dont close the door quickly. Room size is good for 4 people walking around. Fridge is a bit small if you stay long. There are 4 laundry machines and it is unoccupied most of the time. There is a 24/7 supermarket across the street (No Jaywalking please!!!) among with other big name convenient stores. few minutes walk to station, Airport shuttle stop is near. Very quiet neighbourhood. If you dont like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants around you.

Great place to stay, clean and close to kasai station, and easy to get to the Disneyland by bus for only 3 stops! Supermarket and restaurant are around, the only things you have to do the self checkin and check out , is easy to work on it

This is a gem on the quieter side of town. We stayed here for a quick trip to the Disney parks. It is close to the train and bus stations where you can easily catch transportation in and out of Disney parks. We loved the market across the street and many convenience stores. I loved the location. Friendly neighborhood with a 24 hr grocery across the street. 2 7elevens, Lawson’s, Family Mart, Domino’s KFC within 5 minutes. There’s also Indian food, ramen, wings etc down the block. Kasai station is only a 5 min walk! All beds including sofa and pull down were comfortable. There was a Mini kitchen but we only used the refrigerator and microwave. There’s also a stove top. The area felt safe that I felt comfortable with my 2 teens exploring on their own. Laundry was convenient and you could pay via an app that also tells you when the load is ready. Staff members were friendly and responsive to communication via Expedia messenger. We stayed at 3 places during our trip to Japan and this was our favorite and kind of wished we had this booking the whole trip.
