The property was new and very clean. The room was spacious and great for a family and the staff was always accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. This is the second time we've stayed at a Koko but this one specifically was great.

My husband, our 15-year-old son, and I LOVED this hotel, and we all had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually canceled the last couple of nights we had booked at another hotel and extended our stay here instead. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities went above and beyond our expectations. The location was also fantastic, with convenience stores (konbini) and train stations just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend staying here for a nice quiet area. It’s near enough to the temple you can walk, but dining options directly nearby are a little slim. Would definitely stay here again. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. And the rooms have everything you need.

Perfect for a family with kids. The flooring dining area is so cute and beds are very comfortable. The room comes with kitchen and utensils all necessities and to our surprise they even had new packed dish soap and sponge and wipe cloth which is adds extra ordinary towards hygiene and cleanliness. And our favorite was the laundry machine. It made us super ready for next day with all clean baby bibs and pj’s. I highly recommend everything about this hotel. Coming next yeR to stay here again.

It is equipped with stovetop, plates, cups, and cutlery. Dish washing soap, sponge, paper towel. So you can absolutely cook here after grocery shopping nearby (eg Life Asakusa is 5 min on foot)! Overall very nice and affordable accommodation for family of four.

very nice hotel, staff are super helpful and kind. the lobby has a BUNCH of amenities so make sure to grab them. great products and the laundry was super easy to do as they provide detergent and it is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer.

As expected the rooms are quite small if you have big luggages to open you need to make room had to move some furniture to give way but rooms are as pictured clean and neat. We stayed for 6 days the ease of having a kitchen and laundry is very convenient. Overall satisfied with our stay.

Fully equipped hotel, washing and drying inhouse. 5mins walk away from shopping streets. Nearest train station is about 15mins walk away so something to consider if travelking with luggage. Impecably clean as all of Japan. Great view of skytree.

Stayed in 3 hotels while visiting Japan with my family of 4, and overwhelmingly our family loved this hotel the most! Location was great—fun neighborhood, quiet street, within a mile of several subway and train stations. Room was spacious, comfortable, A/C kept up despite 100 degree temps. Loved having the washing/dryer. Grateful for dishes, amenities, and kind staff. Thank you!!
