Let’s just say I was not prepared to share in bathroom with everyone on my floor! But don’t forget, ladies and gentlemen this is Japan so the cleanliness made it feel personal and I got to know everyone on my floor so I guess that was a plus. Absolutely everything you want to do in Shibuya is less than 20 minutes away from this place.

It was a 16 minute walk to shibuya crossing. Quiet vibe, rooftop with pool table and great view. Service and staff were super nice.

The location was a bit out of the way, but not too far, so still pretty convenient to walk places. The room was small, not surprising. It was fine! Nothing special. I'm glad the room had black out curtains, as our room faced a bus parking lot with bright lights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I booked a last minute solo room with a private bathroom and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is excellent and the restaurant/bar is decent albeit with very little variety. They have amenities/toiletries in the lobby that you can use (free, except for the PJ’s that must be returned). The only draw back is that it’s 10-15 minutes away from the closest train station.

Location, quiet, clean, modern. I just found a bit lack of communication between bar and reception. When I went to checked out they asked to me to pay my breakfast and I had already put it. Also be very careful when you book for a dormitory or double room.

I stayed here for 3-nights. Booked the Superior Small Double Room as I wanted my own bathroom. Kind of wish the room came with a TV. The bathroom was very small & my shower drain was very slow. Overall, I was fine with the room. The amenities were nice. Loved the lounge on the top floor, especially since there's a pool table. Also, the free candy up there is very good! The bar & restaurant was nice! They serve free beer everyday from 5pm to 6pm, no limit I believe, however I was only able to get it on my first night. The second night I went there, & it was randomly closed even though all the workers were there. The 3rd night I was out exploring the town. However, upon check-in I did receive a "free drink" coupon, which they allow you to use on any drink, so I chose a highball cocktail, because I think it was the most expensive & heard they were popular in Japan. After I checked out, I decided to try the restaurant food just for the one time. I kind of wish they had all items available all day, but seems like they switch between breakfast, lunch, & dinner menus. I had the lunch menu & ordered their beef cheeseburger. It was actually really good! A few days earlier, I ate at a burger place called Shogun Burgers, which supposedly has wagyu patties, it was good, but in my opinion, the burger I had at Graphy was even better. It made me wish I tried the restaurant more & during every menu time. Overall, my experience was great! Staff all spoke English, so foreigner-friendly!

Staff were very kind. The staff that work at the bar and eatery were amazing and food was great! However our room always had a musty smell and the shower curtain had a musty smell and our shower wouldn’t drain and flooded our bathroom some how from the floor drain in the bathroom not from tub, but overall stay was good. Ac worked great

Modernes rekativ neues Hostel/Hotel. Netter Service, gutes Englisch. Frühstück war sehr gut. Zimmer relativ klein, wie fast immer in Japan. Fußläufig zur Shibuya und Ebisu Station und dennoch ruhig.

I’ve stayed in many hostels around the world, and this one is definitely on the expensive side for a hostel. However, it’s very clean, the amenities are excellent, and most importantly, the staff are amazing. They speak English and are always helpful. I liked the separate female toilets and showers. If you do not drink alcohol like me, they will offer a free non alcoholic drink on your first day. The location is about a 20–25 minute walk from Shibuya Station and the main attractions. I personally didn’t mind that.
