It's a surprisingly large hotel Good but pricey if you need one night near Haneda Terminal 3. Just remember it's a long walk albeit indoors from the terminal.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
The room was clean and can notify if there was no need to clean. Staff was hospitable and tried their best to assist. English was not always very good.
