"Exceptional property and staff. Beautiful grounds. Garden is lovely. Rooms are tasteful, elegant decor, very comfortable beds. Pajamas come in multiple sizes, terrycloth robes and plentiful amenities. One of the standout features was the nightly turndown service: chocolates, water bottle, origami crane, cloth at bedside so feet don’t touch carpet floor when getting out of bed. Excellent breakfast buffet. Family Mart convenience store with ATM inside complex. One suggestion: pedestrian path from Yotsuya station leading to hotel has no curb with steep drop on sides. Perhaps a painted edge would help prevent other people from falling. Will definitely come back next time."
