"It was our first time visiting Costa Rica. The stay at Lucky bug B&b was nothing short of awesome. It's run by Rob and Monica who were very welcoming and accommodating. "We had a wonderful stay here with our 5 teenage/young adult children. I was skeptical that the views and the rooms were as great as the pictures, but they were even better. We had two villas near each other for 7 people and had plenty of space. The location is private, yet a short Uber drive to La Fortuna. The food at the restaurant was great, though not a huge variety. "Well appointed rooms with large patio area with view of the volcano. Lush, well landscaped grounds. Nice heated pool with swim up bar. Helpful and friendly staff. The only downside were the prices at th restaurant and value for the price. Food could be better and less expensive. Very close to Mistico Hanging Bridges, which is nice. Breakfasts are generally pretty good. "
