"The highlight of our day was the exceptional service from staff. When we arrived for check-in, we were greeted with a hot cup of tea which was perfect on a cold Taipei day. The room was cozy and had a very large bed. The water pressure of the shower was excellent. It was a 10 minute walk from the airport MRT station. And there are two convenience stores downstairs from the hotel. The hotel only has three elevators which meant during peak hours we had to wait a long time for an elevator. "

"The room was clean and spacious with daily housekeeping. The staff was really friendly and very efficient, check in and out were done in less than 5 minutes. Complete breakfast was offered everyday with a good selection of cold and hot plates, fresh fruits, baked goods and drinks.
