hotel accommodations and general services were good. upon check out,i did raise concern w the manager that my watch was stolen. he said he would have house keeping look into it. then later called with a terrible attitude in talking to my assistant saying they did not find it. i left it in my room before taking a shower and leaving for lunch meeting, upon my return it went missing. i know hotels are not responsible for lost personal items so i wasn’t going to make a big deal. However at least say sorry to convey some care or responsibility for future training. In the least when talking to my assistant on that phone the attitude should not be so hostile and terrible. everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. this is a personal HR issue that requires better training for a service oriented hotel.
