"Really nice boutique hotel. The front entrance, lobby, and bar/lounge area are welcoming and beautiful. (The bar/lounge area is huge!) The hallways are unique and intriguing. The room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. Each staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. A plus was the small parking area they have which is free for guests. "The rooms were very spacious for NYC and quite clean. Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay. The only inconvenience was that housekeeping came so late, around 6 pm."

"We love Seaport and the location of the hotel was the reason we chose to stay there this time instead of nearer Wall Street/One World Trade. However, it did feel slightly out of the way being the far end of Seaport. The staff were great, very helpful and polite. We had a few drinks in the bar which were all delicious. The room was a decent size and had lots of space to unpack and relax. Bathroom was also great. The hotel was clean, but was a little dated."

"I slept poorly: the pillows went flat under my head, A/C turned on and off all night and when I turned off the A/C, I got to hear a truck idling at the garage 7 stories down from my room. After two days, my door lock battery stopped working so I couldn’t get into my room. My room was so far from the elevator, it felt like I was walking a block just to get there. Good gym and breakfast cafe. Staff were friendly."

"The hotel is very clean, from the rooms to the restaurant. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The one downfall is the fitness area. It is very small and some of the equipment does not work. There weren’t towels or wipes in the workout facility."

"I stayed at the hotel for one night. Their AC was down the whole entire night. I had to call the front desk multiple times to get a resolution. Finally they sent someone up to check on the ac. The maintenance guy said he’s going to tell the front desk to find me another room and they will have to fix the AC the next day. If I don’t receive a phone call from the front desk in the next 10 minutes, to call the front desk. 10 minutes later, I called front desk. Their only solution was a fan because...
