"This is a hip, nice, clean hotel that also works for people who might not be that hip and cool. I really just want a comfortable quiet place to stay when I come to NY but love the vibe and you can have both at the ACE Brooklyn. If you want to have a drink amongst both the Brooklyn locals and visitors from all over you can pop downstairs to the bar--which is always busy. There's a wonderful workspace where you can do some work with a coffee shop steps away(also very busy). The only problem is...

"The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff were beyond helpful and the front desk is very welcoming. They have a bar, but I didn’t utilize it. It’s located in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn and very safe. The bed was firm, which wasn’t horrible, but the softer pillows made up for it. There is a small fridge in the room, but no microwave or iron etc. I’m unsure if those items were available to be requested, but it didn’t change how I felt about staying at this hotel. The...

"Great room and friendly staff. Nice restaurant on property. Would stay again."

"The room and overall stay was good. The bartender GiGi was awesome as well. We received the room directly in front of the elevator. It got loud at times. However, the only inconvenience is there is no onsite parking if you’re renting or driving. The parking they provided closed early so we were unable to park. Also, there is no on street parking nearby as told by the receptionist at the front desk."

"The front desk was amazing. They were accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Our television wasn’t working when we got there and Julio came to the room and was terrific. He went above and beyond to help fix the problem. He was so friendly. He deserves a raise!"

"Hotel lobby was nice and upper floors were clean. No doorman to help with the luggage. Rooms were small and dark but clean. Changed rooms, the first room had one window that faced a wall. The second room was fine. "
