"The room design was amazing. We had the corner room and the view was stunning. Staff was incredible, lobby is brimming with life and it was exciting. Area surrounding the hotel is quite and nice, perfect for a little stroll. Very very close to the station However, the heater was very loud in our room, making us wake up in the evening. The shower head was not the best as the water pressure is quite low. Dont expect much from the gym as well. Tea in the room should be complimentary! "

The hotel is beautifully designed, has spacious rooms for NYC and a great gym, delicious and reasonable dining options and a great vibe. Near the subway. We will be back! "

"The hotel is in good location though some road construction in front of the hotel. The room was compact and rather small. However the view from the room looked nice. The amenities were very few and limited, no proper cup for coffee. The reception staffs were not very nice and helpful."

"Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York was a great stay for U/us. The hotel is in a quiet, convenient location with easy access to transit and nearby dining. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was excellent, professional and attentive. I had flowers delivered to my room, and the hotel handled the delivery smoothly and thoughtfully, which was a great touch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting NYC."

"Good when the prices aren’t surging, great location, pretty clean, consitent. Big hotel so service can be slow and rude at the front desk. Beds are comfy. Noisy construction two times that I’ve stayed there, so sleep wasn’t the best. Water smells funny. Shower is nice."
