"Incredibly helpful staff. Having a kitchenette and full breakfast with lots of good choices made the stay with my young grandson much easier. Everything was clean and in good condition. Convenient location with a local market at the end of the block, a subway stop a block and a half away and many great restaurants within easy walking distance."

"The hotel is in good location though some road construction in front of the hotel. The room was compact and rather small. However the view from the room looked nice. The amenities were very few and limited, no proper cup for coffee. The reception staffs were not very nice and helpful."

"The only complaint I have, is when I checked in Friday night. They had overbooked, so they sent me to another property. But otherwise everything was fine. I was back at Aloft the next evening."
