"Great property and vibe. Decent location adjacent to neighborhoods like Park Slope and Carroll Gardens where you want to search out nice coffee shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that the AC was shockingly loud; bring earplugs."

"We love Seaport and the location of the hotel was the reason we chose to stay there this time instead of nearer Wall Street/One World Trade. However, it did feel slightly out of the way being the far end of Seaport. The staff were great, very helpful and polite. We had a few drinks in the bar which were all delicious. The room was a decent size and had lots of space to unpack and relax. Bathroom was also great. The hotel was clean, but was a little dated."

"I slept poorly: the pillows went flat under my head, A/C turned on and off all night and when I turned off the A/C, I got to hear a truck idling at the garage 7 stories down from my room. After two days, my door lock battery stopped working so I couldn’t get into my room. My room was so far from the elevator, it felt like I was walking a block just to get there. Good gym and breakfast cafe. Staff were friendly."

"NU Hotel in Brooklyn is a beat-up, poorly maintained, unwelcoming and unhelpful staff: -rooms are crammed, beds are very uncomfortable - bed mattresses on both beds were hard and lopsided, bathroom shower did not function properly (could not be turned off so we had to keep it running, then the soap holder fell off, and there was dirt or mold around the edges of shower floor). Bathroom does not have a fan which could explain the mold. -the air conditioning unit stopped working about midnight,...
