"The hotel gives a very modern feeling. You can use the app or ipad in the room to control lights and shades etc, which took us a bit of time to get used to. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay."

At first we thought was little small, but the space is so well used and really perfect for just my husband and I. "We have been staying here for the past 3 years. My son attends UF, and it is convenient enough and not reasonable enough to drive the 7 minutes to campus. They have a great breakfast, and I love that they have no carpets!"
"As a first time guest in New Orleans, this was exactly what i was hoping for. Very old Hotel but offering excellent service. Housekeeping does not frequent your room unless asked for, but the minute you ask, within seconds they were there to fix or offer whatever we needed. It was calm and quiet, but close enough to Burbon that we could still enjoy the "nightlife". I fell in love the minute we stepped foot on property and would recommend anyone looking for N.O. charm to book your stay here. "
"Property and room clean. Our room facing nack was quiet. We walked while there to mall for exercise. Lots of food choices in are. Parking was secure but expensive at 50 a night. Felt safe when walking area during day. Didn't go out much at night."

My kids had fun controlling the curtains and lights through the iPad. It was a great contrast to the previous place we stayed at.
