The room was perfect again. I had everything I needed and didn't need to call for anything. The hotel was very quiet during the night which is a huge plus.

The guy at the front seat was not very friendly but then again there was drug dealers and hookers walking in and out of doors. Cops showed up the minute after I checked in. We were there just to sleep for the night so it was quiet enough to do that. Room was clean but only 2 towels and one wash cloth. Cigarette burns on the beds and comforters.

Inside of room is not very clean. Within 5 min of check-in, I requested a refund. The linen had scuff marks, the room reeked of cigarettes. There were stains on the walls. The customer service number provided in email has as area code from Puerto Rico and does not work. Save yourself the trouble unless you’re desperate.

If you are traveling with family, even by your self i would never stay here, the place looks very unsafe , a lot of what seem like homeless people walking around the hotel and very shady people im not even gling to grt into it, just wouldn't recommend it the staff was nice enough to help me with cancelation.

When you are looking for a place to sleep and shower get renewed and ready to work this place does the trick. Our room was comfortable and clean. No staiins, no bugs. Shower was good

You get what you pay for

If you’re looking for a short trip, this place is fine. The staff is pretty helpful and my check in and out process was quick. Be prepared to pay a fee of $3 at the property plus a $20 deposit. The room itself was okay but it looks very different from the pictures shown when I booked it. I was under the impression I was getting 2 bed room but I ended up with a 1 bed room. I couldn’t find any specifics but it might’ve been a misunderstanding on my end. Do double check what you’re booking! I went with a friend so we ended up fitting in the room just fine. Anyways, the room itself was workable. They provided some hand soap plus towels. There was no hair dryer so bring your own if you don’t air dry your hair. I don’t know if we’re weird for using the mini fridge for drinks but there was a full chicken I found inside upon arrival left behind by the previous guests. Saw some toenails on the ground as well as some burn marks on the furniture. There were also a couple stains on the walls and mold in the shower crevices. I woke up with a few tiny spiders on my pillow but they were easy to swat off. Lastly, upon checkout I saw a cockroach on the floor in the tiny reception area. This was the most I can remember but there were a few other things as well. All in all I know it sounds unhygienic but in all fairness I paid around $60 per night trying to save a bit on somewhere close to downtown where we were only sleeping at. There were no bedbugs and that’s the main takeaway.

Not a lot of drama around but my shower in room 251 floods the floor because the shower head sprays over the curtain. The A/C is great but takes a while to check in with others there..there will be a $20 deposit and$3 service fee..bring your deposit in cash so you get I back quicker

It’s a former Red Roof now Roach Motel. The management are Indian and I believe they think they are superior to other people especially people of color. Toilet seat broken, mattress worn out.

It was a super easy check in they just took my passport then handed it back, deposit was $21 cash and I got it back next day. The room was RUN DOWN like if you literally don’t care then book this one it’s cheap . It smelled funny, ac/heater worked good, no shampoo lol no dryer would I rebook no . Stay safe

If you are thinking about staying here, let me tell you, YOU ARE BETTER SLEEPING ON THE STREET!!! The room reeks of cigarettes and there is bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere, could not even get a refund because they would not pickup any calls, and the worker at the counter is half asleep. Worst place I’ve ever gone to, I hope y’all don’t make the mistake of coming here and waste your money
