"The location is great I’d think no other hotels with such a reasonable price could compete with Tobu Hotel. One other surprise is there is a symphony hall next to the hotel. Music lovers will enjoy it as well."

"Clean room but pillows were terrible. Too soft and they provided no head or neck support. Their covers weren’t clean. The complimentary shuttle service to Narita airport and Narita city were excellent. Will recommend the hotel "

"Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent customer service, they were welcoming, attentive, and truly made me feel taken care of throughout my entire stay. The food was incredible. I highly recommend including the breakfast option because it was delicious and such a great way to start the day. Dinner was just as amazing, with high-quality dishes that exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was definitely the onsen experience—it was so relaxing and beautifully maintained. All of the amenities were top-tier, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience."

"A great hotel close to NRT with a nice shuttle bus service. Staff friendly and efficient. Nice spacious room and good breakfast. Top floor bar and restaurant was nice with a great view. "

"There was an early option for breakfast in the other building which started at 0530. The main building breakfast started at 0630. Good food and many choices. It was easy transportation back and forth to the airport to enjoy their reasonably priced restaurants and shopping. "

"The Breakfast Buffet was awesome, they had different options everyday. Even on the busier days it was not too long of a wait to be seated. The room was spacious and well maintained. We had an ocean-view room and it was awesome. There was construction going on but it occurred later in the day when we were not on property. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. There was a free shuttle from the hotel to Maihama Station which was the gateway to get into Tokyo. Took about 20 minutes to get to Tokyo Station. They have a schedule posted in the hotel lobby. There was also a free shuttle from the hotel to the Disney Parks Station. Overall, a very beautiful hotel!!"

"This hotel is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Japan. The rooms are amazing, the view was wonderful, and the bathrooms are excellent. With a comfortable bed, great pillows, and good AC, everything was perfect. The sauna was really good too, and the staff were super nice and helpful—they even made a map for us to find a place. This hotel is just wonderful. The buffet was amazing as well; all the food was fresh. This is a hotel I will definitely come back to. Special congrats to the staff!"
