"Modern, well designed compact room. Only issues was the climate control screen was on all night. It could not be turned off and was bright all throughout the night. In addition the signage around the hotel could be updated as it wasn’t very accurate. Apart from this a good place to stay in a nice location "

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We arrived early at the hotel and they told us our rooms weren’t ready. When we went store our bags with them they weren’t going to give us a ticket and said to leave in a corner and they would put it in another room. We got back later that evening to check in and they told us they no longer had our rooms available. There was some whispering/complaining about it being an Expedia booking and after going into the back came out to tell us there had been “a flood” on the floor. They took us next door to another hotel where they wanted us to pay the full amount of our booking for the 2 nights because they were going to move us back to the Holiday Inn Kensington for the second night. When we questioned paying up front, they were extremely belligerent and acting as though it was our fault that they didn’t have a room. Throughout the"

"This hotel is in a very busy, commercial area, which isn't horrible but can be very noisy at times. The Underground is right around the corner which is great. There are a ton of fast food restaurants and a couple very nice restaurants. As far as the hotel itself.... The staff is extremely helpful!! I mean that, they are great. Unfortunately, the hotel is lacking in many areas. We booked online they Expedia and was sent email letting me know that I could inquire about a free upgrade.... When we arrived, I inquired, and was told I was supposed to do that they Expedia. No such a great start. We got to our room which was tiny...I mean tiny and hot. They came to look into the air conditioning and we decided to just upgrade. Back down the stairs and we did the upgrade. I asked them to make sure the air conditioner worked before we moved ourstuff, I was told they would definitely check. . "
