"Located in a great area of Plaka. Easy to walk to everything. Nice balcony facing Plaka street and great view of Acropolis in back. Only downside was the lack of hot water from the water heater. The water would get cool before two showers were complete."

It’s right in the heart of major attraction- the Acropolis south entrance is just 5 minutes walk, with plenty of shopping and wonderful restaurants all around the area. Mandy at the front desk was truly amazing -so friendly and incredibly helpful, with great recommendation for places to visit, eat and shop. Highly recommended."

Only issue was not having a “Do Not Disturb” for the door. Housekeeping tried to come in while I was still in the room. Would definitely stay there again. "

"If you're looking for an oasis away from the typical tourist crowds, this is it. The design and rooms are stunning, and the rooftop jacuzzi is a highlight for relaxing. It is situated between two busy streets, so expect some traffic noise regardless of the hour. If you're sensitive to sound at night, earplugs make it a non-issue. "Electra Metropolis is a very solid choice in Athens, and I would stay here again, primarily for its excellent location. The hotel is perfectly positioned in Syntagma, making it incredibly easy to walk to most major sites, restaurants, and shopping areas. "The location of this apartment made all the attractions easily within walking distance. And the communication is dialed in - with super helpful emails and near immediate response through Whatsapp. Also, there was some trouble with a taxi strike and on the way back to the airport the cleaning staff worked with me doggedly to have a friend transport us and made sure we made it in the car and were taken care of. Stellar support and service for a place that does not have a front desk!"

Well situated for many historical sites and areas, such as Monastiraki and Syntagma Square. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good range of pillows to choose from.
