"We returned to Hotel Avra after 5 years. We appreciate the free, timely and convenient airport transportation to and from the hotel. The property is beautiful and recently remodeled. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! So many options! Being by the sea and having a view of the port is another asset. The staff was friendly and helpful especially those at the restaurant/bar. Thank you. "

"I loved the shower, and the bathrooms were nice. I also loved the welcome gift. The rooms were very pretty and comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like is that in lobby when I went to get a glass of water, I realized that the same pile I got my glass of water from a boy put his dirty glass in the same pile. Overall, though, we will likely stay here again."

"The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant is worth the money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay there again."

"The dorm was spacious, with enquire shower, a kitchenette and a balcony. The breakfast is decent, though you must buy the fruit. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with small supermarkets. Most sights are within easy walking distance. There is laundry next door, and a pleasant bar/café. Wi-Fi is good. The staff is friendly."

"Booked two rooms - they are very spacious - definitely upgrade to a suite with a view of the acropolis - it is worth it - the rooftop dining experience was magical with an incredible view of the acropolis/parthenon. Food was fantastic. Staff was very helpful, welcoming and they go the extra mile to make your stay wonderful - even a small cake for a family birthday we were celebrating. Renovated rooms look great and even have espresso machines (with the pods) in them - showers are awesome! Great...
