Best thing-the location.On a pedestrian only street, with about 20 very good restaurants nearby. Great communication with owners on e-mails. Building needs some work-plus rooms are looking shabby.The small square safe was loose and not attached to anything! Robes were old and frayed.One little bath towel each.The toilet has a glass see-through sliding door on it, and the bathroom does not have any doors on it! Intimate, cozy and friendly bathroom experience!!

Hello, I appreciate the stay in the hotel. However, the showers were really moldy and so was the curtains the bed frame didn’t look clean either. We would’ve appreciated if it was cleaner.

Dimitrious at the front desk was great. He let us check in 2 hours early and friendly. The hotel is in the Plaka section. It is very busy because of all the shops and restaurants, but quite safe. It is only about 7 minutes from the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. All the rooms are upstairs, so you have to take steps. I was very happy with the room. It was 4 of us and we all had plenty of room to walk around freely, even with the beds. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay and loved our room overlooking the Acropolis. Demetris arranged a transfer from the airport for us which was great, thanks to Mike for picking us up at the airport and all of the Recommendations he gave to us. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for everything.

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was that it was very noisy when we stayed there - otherwise, the room was huge, the bed super comfortable and the location very convenient. Staff was super kind and helpful as well.

For those not requiring in-house services. Great apartment-style hotel, great place for those wanting to get out to explore the city. Small fridge to keep snacks/drinks in; with kettle to make tea/coffee. Owners/staff very friendly & helpful.

This is a great hotel for staying in Athens. The rooms are big and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - central but not too busy. The only negative was the noise from the street/school in the morning, maybe the garden view rooms would be better. Would stay here again.
