"On arrival, we were warmly greeted and shown to our room. We dealt with one lady for our whole stay and she was lovely until we had another lady check us out on the Saturday. We kindly asked for extra towels in the morning and were looked at with some sort of unusual look. We were sitting beside the door waiting for our taxi and the music was uncomfortably loud and vibrating through where we were sitting. "Great location, but no air-con or electric fan in the guestrooms so very uncomfortable when the weather is warm. Most rooms also face other buildings & houses directly so there is no privacy at all unless you close the curtain all the times. We wer e on honeymoon and we told the hotel in advance & upon check in. Yet they assigned this kind of rooms to us as most of their rooms face their neighbours. It's terrible!"
