"The hotel is centrally located in the Gothic Quarter, so it’s easy to get where you want to go in Barcelona. The front desk staff were outstanding- so friendly and helpful. Several mornings we needed a taxi at 6:30 or 7:30 and the front desk person set it up the night before without any issues. They were also super helpful in giving directions and recommendations for restaurants nearby. The housekeeping staff were also outstanding and friendly.
