"Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. That said, the service is excellent and the staff were very helpful. One thing I found quite strange for a 5-star hotel is that there were no slippers in the room. Also, the toiletries shown in the hotel photos did not match what was actually provided. In general, it was still a good stay, but expectations...

"The location is great, right in the center of Larambla which has many stors and restaurants. The hotel decore is very nice, and has an overall good vibe. The room was clean, in good condition and spacious. They also have a high class spa.The staff was nice and accommodating and the breafast buffet was rich and tasty."

"I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. "

The entire staff from the front desk, the cleaning crew(s) to the absolutely lovely individuals who run the Circle bar and restaurant couldn't have been more pleasant or accommodating. Although I was happy enough just to speak with them in Spanish they would always gladly respond in English if there was something I didn't quite understand. Every time I travel...
