Great stay, the spa area was really healing and the rooms were quite amazing. Would definitely recommend. Staff was also deeply welcoming.

The Location are great, Metro station just right across the hotel, there are so many restaurants nearby and the Beitou Park is a walking around place to visit including a Library, Museum, Plum Garden and a Thermal Valley. Convenient location (across the street is the Xinbeitou MRT), new and modern facilities, comfortable bed, spacious room. Breakfast is so so but half board dinner is very good. Hot springs pools and sauna are great except the 30 minutes closing several times a day which makes it very inconvenient.

Hotel Royal Beitou was great. Before booking, I didn’t realize the hotel was centered around “health.” The facilities and staff were great. I also liked having a private onsen. The hotel was very walkable and extremely close to the Xinbeitou station. There’s also lots of good food nearby - we walked to the Michelin rated Moon Moon Food. One issue is that they offered some classes such as yoga and massage ball therapy. They were just okay if that. The classes were only 30 minutes, which felt short. The yoga was also a bit strange as it was called “potions yoga” where you hold a cup of juice and stretch with it. While my mom was entertained, the yoga practice was not challenging for her. Additionally, the gym consisted of a ping pong table, an elliptical, and two treadmills we couldn’t use because they were broken.

Room was clean and spacious. Enjoy hotspring bath for 2 nights stay. Breakfast got no much choice, is more to healthy type. The dinner should be target for beef lover, as we don't eat beef, so we choose pork and shrimp, result was disappointed, not worth for the price.
