"The staff are incredible! They will bend over backwards to assist you. We are so grateful for their kindness! Great and central location. Night markets are in walkable distance. The only minor issue is the pool is actually a spa. Otherwise would recommend!"

"Rooms are well decorated with contemporary cosy design.
However there were few issues with the shower door being tight and the door to the balcony was ? permanently locked.
Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast at cloud 9 was of great variety and tasty.
I personally don't like black bathroom tiles."

It’s my first time fly to Hanoi and i decide to stay here because of location is close to shopping market so it can easily walk and find somewhere to eat. Also close to lake so we can walk around in the afternoon for relax. Luckily, we stayed Friday- Sunday. There’s night market. "Very small compared to the photos! Located on a very convenient location. Hotel has a very odd layout to get to the rooms. Staff are very nice. We had an early flight and we left the hotel at 4:15. They packed our group of 13, to-go breakfast bags. "
