"Good location, good staff"

"The bed is very comfortable, so we were able to sleep well. All Staffs were kind and made it easy to book all travel arrangements. Breakfast buffet was quite diverse and delicious. I enjoyed our first trip to Vietnam while staying at this hotel."

"La Siesta is a nice hotel. The staff is super hospitable. Breakfast is extensive and tasty. You’re in the heart of the old quarter. We also stayed at their property around the block on Hang Be, where the street is a bit more busy and noisy. All in all good hotel group. Mr. Quan at Hang Be hotel is the best !"

"Hotel had pleasant ambience and decor but found room quite small, not a lot to put belongings. Room was clean but bathmats had large holes. Reception staff polite and helpful. Location was good & near enough to the lake. If little later getting to breakfast had to keep asking for things, they weren’t keen to replace empty plate of fresh fruit, bread, coffee etc."

"We loved our stay, really enjoyed Hanoi and Classyc was a great base to see the city and loved the pool too."

"Great location and excellent customer service!!!"

"spacious room, underwhelming breakfast, staff tries very hard to please, pool is nothing like the pictures - disappointing, airport pick up service is not worth it - just use grab… too many choices in Hanoi to accept anything less than a great experience! the pool is very sad 😔 dead plants and kitchen exhaust smell on a forgotten rooftop"

"Two things important to me is a/c and bedding. If it's important to you then this is the place to stay. Staff were great and not positioned on a main road so very quiet. Recommended 👍"

"We had some room charges for food and spa. We signed the receipt which included taxes and service fees for each right after them. When we checked out, these were included in our room charges, and then taxes and fees were added again. Tax on taxes? Service fees on service fees? I insisted they be removed and they did so reluctantly. I wonder how many others noticed this ?"

"Could have been very satisfied but ended up VERY DISAPPOINT. Overall the rooms are very good (I've booked for 5 rooms with double and family room). The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is good. But there's one thing that really disappoint me and my family is that the ignorance of the housekeepers. I'm not sure when they're doing our room they have other things in mind or not, but they threw away my brother's retainer (which is very strange since he put it in a proper box), our toothpaste...

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at Le Siesta Premium Hang Be. The hotel is a charming oasis of calm and old world charm, located in the old quarter of Hanoi. We were greeted on arrival by the wonderful Linh Pham who did everything possible to make our stay fantastic. Our room (the penhouse suite) was very nice. Breakfast was great - in the hotel restaurant which is very charming and has a great view, and the rooftop bar has an amazing view of the city and sunset and a great happy hour. I...

"This hotel has had the best services, and best trained staff ever! Speaking from someone who have lived in USA 17 yrs, Thailand 24 yrs, and Japan 4 yrs. "

"พนักงานต้อนรับดี ให้ข้อมูลต่างๆแนะนำที่ท่องเที่ยว มีเครื่องดื่มและผลไม้ไว้ต้อนรับด้วย ห้องพักสะอาดกว้างขวาง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย"

"Great spot in the middle of the city with many things walking distance from hotel. Good places for food, breakfast/ lunch/ dinner as well as for shopping. Great view from room as well. Staff was awesome and very friendly."

"This hotel was in a great location as it was right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and within easy walking distance of everything. Only downside of that of course is it is very noisy. Staff were phenomenal and couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast had a great selection. The rooms were nice and spacious and well accommodated our family of four. Would definitely recommend staying here...just bring ear plugs though if you are a light sleeper."
