"The bed was too hard, no english channels on the TV "

"Had a severe panic attack the staff took me to the ER and even stayed with me during my procedures hotel is wonderful"

"AVOID THIS HOTEL. December 2025 — the room was so filthy it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Greasy, streaky stains all down the bathroom door. The paint was dark gray around the doorknobs from layers of grime. The couch looked like it had been sitting on a street corner for a month. Dark, streaking stains on the wall by the bed. The bedding and towels smelled of cigarettes. After years of staying in budget hotels in and around Chiang Mai and SE Asia, I can honestly say that this...

"Maybe Expedia is to blame, but the photos and description of the room I booked was not the room I received. And the ac didn't work. Craphole!"

"Great central location, quiet, and with a comfortable bed"

"The staff was great, location is perfect! But i has a big insect... but we are in Thailand!"

"They say they take credit cards, but when you show up the security deposit has to be in cash and is $1000 Baht. You can only have one room key and it is needed to turn the electricity on, so if you and your traveling companion have different plans you must coordinate times to get back in. There is only enough parking for one car. This is rated 9.4 on Expedia, one of the highest ratings. It is not one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean."

"Amazing little boutique hotel in the heart of old Chianh Mai. Steep stairs (if you have mobility issues) and random street noise (if you are a light sleeper) but its an authentic old fashioned building. Unbelievable breakfast and lovely staff!"
