The room was very nice and clean and even has a small balcony for sitting outside..very central for walking to restaurants..there was coffee and bottle water in room which was great..owners also friendly and n8ce

Very clean and very quiet. Small, clean, basic room and the owner is a sweetheart who will help you out with anything. Even loaned me a bicycle for the week I was there :) Great location for wondering around. Explore the alleys for hidden gems!

Lovely comfortable stay

Lovely comfortable stay for solo travellers. Just off the main road and walking distance to old town and night bazar markets. Many tour companies near by to book excursions, the hotel also provides them but is cheaper to book off the main road. Everything was great with this place, hot water, tc, AC, kettle, towels and cleaning every day. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear of the neighbour has TV on etc but not an issue as you're out most of the day.

Room was fine but a little expensive due to the Loy Krathong Festival and Yi Peng Lantern Festival happening during our stay. We recommend visiting the Museum of Broken Relationships and eating at the nearby Sukiya Restaurant.

Den hyggeligste lille hyggeligste oase. Ligger perfekt, man kan gå til alt. Ikke det største værelse, men der er hvad man har brug for. 7/11 lige rundt om hjørnet, masser af spise steder. Den sødeste vært som er god til engelsk. Hun er den mormor alle burde de have i sit liv. Jeg vil klart komme igen

Une hôte incroyablement gentille et agréable ! Parle suffisamment bien anglais pour que l'on se comprenne. Elle fait attention aux details, a toujours le sourire et apprecie de discuter. Travaille en famille avec sa fille, tout aussi agréable. Elle propose le taxi (sa fille) pour vous emmener à l'aéroport à tarif correct et un service de lavage de linge parfait. Lit confortable, ça fait du bien! Emplacement parfait et calme. Merci infiniment pour ce sejour trop court à notre goût. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et ce sera notre hôtel sans hesiter!

チェンマイに行くことが多く、たーぺー近辺に宿をとることが多いです。今回初めてこちらを利用させていただきました。基本的に年配の女性が一人で受付をやっていて、家族経営な宿です。過剰なサービスはありませんが、日が暮れると、受付は無人になります。なのではじめてチェンマイに行く方には心もとないかも。自分は快適でしたが、バーツ高の昨今次回はもう少しリーズナブルな宿を探すかもしれません。

This is very very good hotel. We stayed for just under a week and it was perfect. It’s a lovely location nestled in the back streets east of the old city (old city does not take long to walk to), and quiet at night. The room was great, all amenities. Best of all though- Dang and her family went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. She helped us with everything- booked tours, booked a bike, recommended great food joints and was just very friendly overall. Her daughter drove us to the airport too and her family in general were great. If we go back to Chang Mai I’m definitely booking this place again. Highly recommended
