"We stayed in the Witches Cottage room and it was more than I expected. Yeah, there’s pictures but nowadays things can be filtered. The photos are accurate. The property is more of a motel setting but the rooms are incredibly updated. I’d definitely suggest this place for the Salem vibe"

"I've stayed at numerous locations around Salem over the years. This hotel is my new favorite. It is perfectly situated on Essex street. We stayed in a micro king which was was really cool. The bed was a little raised and surrounded by windows so we felt like we were in a tree house. We could sit in the windows and look over the city. The town hall was right behind us. The food at the rooftop bar was really good and the views were great. The hotel staff actually called me, the day before...
"As you pull into the property there’s a beautiful fountain. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and offered dining suggestions.
The rooms are amall and microwaves aren’t provided. "

"Except for the 5 smoking guests on the bench to the right of the door the property would of gotten an excellent score. There needs to be a designated smoking spot away from the hotel. Maybe at the top of the parking lot in the back. Other than that we really liked our stay. It was really clean and comfy with staff to match. The kids loved the breakfast and got full. Said they had lots of options. Is a place we would stay at again if ever in the area. "
