"Staff was great when they were there. Be aware, staff is only on site from 10:30am to 6pm. The parking lot has no lighting, and needs to be repaved. The steps leading up to check in were poorly lit. After 6pm, you have to use a code to enter the building, but there is no lighting above the door and the keypad is not backlit. If you check In after 6pm, your key with the room number is left in an envelope with your full name on it, in a basket, for anyone (with the code to the building) to...

"Quiet"

"Amazing!"

"Clean, staff very nice. Good breakfast and fresh. A lot of free parking."

"Fan didn’t work in the bathroom and asked staff to fix it and they didn’t, air filter in the room was long past due to be changed, heard upstairs people flushing their toilet, showering and walking around at all hours of the night, showering was extremely slippery, bathroom floor was really gross"

"Beautiful historic hotel. Room was clean, staff was helpful. I really hated the AC situation. If I didn’t look at TikTok, I wouldn’t have known the windows open. My shower was a closet which Is okay but it was funny."

"Close to the airport"

"Loved the property. The staff were kind and generous. The room was cleaned every day and everything was nice. The bartender at the bar is an older lady. She is a very hard worker and amazing."

"Very nice"

"No room refresh for our 3 night stay. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and tissues. The garbage in the one garbage can in our room, overflowed with garbage by the end of our stay. We had to make our own beds. Terrible service for over $400 per night."

"En la recepción está Claudia, una latina súper agradable. Nos dio recomendaciones para visitar Salem y cenar en Boston. El desayuno es muy promedio, pero el hotel está bien conectado. Impecable! Claudia merece un ascenso =)"
