"Really convenient hotel in the heart of Cape Town, opposite St. George's Cathedral. The front of the hotel has limited parking options, so,c one has to valet for about $15 day. Beautiful lobby. Staff were super friendly. Laundry service was reliable. Their breakfast buffet was luxurious. We stayed for their high tea - yummy and wonderful selection of teas, like ROOIBOS. We had a great view of the mountain. I miscalculated by booking, and they were kind enough to extend out stay. They have a concierge that organizes everything - like helicopter trips. Good deal. Lovely rooms."

"Location was unbeatable. The hotel is directly connected to the mall and also within walking distance of the Oranjezicht City Farm Market, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The whole surrounding vicinity felt safe, and the views from the hotel were stunning. With Table Mountain in the background, we even caught a rainbow while having breakfast by the window overlooking the wharf — such a memorable way to start the morning. If I were to nitpick, I would suggest going down earlier for breakfast if you want to enjoy the spread at its freshest. Perhaps because we were there on weekdays and turnover was lower, some items felt like they had been sitting out for a little while when we went later in the morning. Nothing major, but worth keeping in mind. The room itself was comfortable and well appointed, and we particularly appreciated how easy the hotel made our stay.
