Great location, right across the street from the beach. Our room had full kitchen and living room area which was great for our little one and plenty of room for our pack & play. The only downside was our room was definitely not cleaned; very dirty floors, found other items from previous guests left, very obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival.

It was a full 1 bedroom apt fairly updated. Street appeal was poor. No lock on main gate why have it? No staff on site when, he was he was very nice, however did not bring the hairdryer I requested. Was wonderful we stayed 3 nights it was close to everything so we just walked everywhere. Frank was a huge help. Pool was very nice and heated. Rooms are most the way remodeled. Will be staying there again.

Property is in a great location, is spacious (living room, full kitchen, 2 closets, bathroom), but it was very dirty when we arrived. Floors were not swepped, food in the microwave, fridge was dirty). Talked to the Property Manager (great person, very friendly), who apologized and went back there to clean it while we were away. It improved a bit and we stayed a couple of nights. Room needs maintenance everywhere. Ceiling fan was very wobbly, several broken window blinds, shower curtain rod was hanging by a tread, shelf in the closet was also hanging, missing light bulb in the lamp on the night stand... So much more to list, but this gives you an idea. Heated Pool was nice. You really get what you pay for.

Property could use some love. Frank was very accommodating even after normal hours. I liked that it was located at tye edge of the tourist area which made it less busy. The beach was across the street which was also great! Its a bare bones type of place but overall it fills the need of an affordable place to stay.
