Something for everyone. Nice pools, and outdoor activities. I enjoyed the live music and pool open late. The folks at the front counter were superb!

We loved our stay! We are walking wanderers so this spot was very centralized and easy walk in either direction to any bar or restaurant, or just a short drive to anything 2 miles north or south. It was great to have access to the bigger pool at the plaza and beach access with our wristbands. It was a great room and perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were very adequate with full kitchen and queen bed and pull out sleeping couch for guests. The resort was on the intercoastal waterway with docks,boat slips and nice tiki huts with shade and picnic tables. Nice view out back with a constant breeze blowing.Also was pet friendly with doggy areas.

Waterfront Respite

It was a delightful respite and the room was everything I had hoped it would be - clean, comfortable, and trendy. The water views gave a tranquil atmosphere and I saw a manatee swim right by my room. The staff was very cheerful and helpful and the fact you can take advantage of the amenities of all 3 resorts is a big plus!

loved the marina , they have 2 pools but next to the marina , the hotel i was staying at had a green pool which i was hoping to just walk out my door and get in the pool , but they had a pool at the main office about 30 seconds down the street ! customer service was awesome didn’t have one complaint with the place hotel room itself they have amazing paintings on the wall ! even provided alexa for music !

Mini split ac. Made drip noise all night had to sleep with no air. Lamp doesn’t work. Cold water facect hard to turn. And it smelled like pot. Could only stay 1 night. Great view of the bay though.

My family and I loved this place! We had a 2 BR condo and it was perfect. Literally 1 min to the beach, 3 min to the office. There are 3 diff resorts, the office being the main one, offered free beer/wine… big volleyball area games and more! Our resort had a heated pool and a place to fish off their dock. Full kitchen, minus a oven but there are grills to use and plenty of places to sit and relax. We even seen the manatees come in one afternoon! The staff was excellent, the front office gals… great!! We were set on going to Clearwater but, after reading so many great reviews, we went with Bay Palm! If we ever come back, we would def stay here again. Walgreens (walking) 2 min away, Chick-fil-A (walking) 4 min away. Grocery store, coffee, dollar tree all within 5 min walking! Overall, great place, a little older but I would take this place again and again!! My ONLY complaint, our bed was a little noisy so if you moved it squeaked! So if your a light sleeper, check first!! If that is my only complaint, that’s saying something!! I hope people take my review seriously cause we had a great stay! Also, the staff texts you daily to check in, that is awesome!!!

It was ok

I am rating the stay a 6. The stay was accommodating for my family as far as being just enough room for us. I did like that the kitchen was big enough to move around in. The living room area was big enough. The customer service was excellent. Everyone is very prompt responding. I like that there is private access to the beach but just keep in mind that you have to walk up and across the street. I did not like that as soon as you open the door you are greeted to a queen size bed with a very narrow path to walk in order to get to everything else. The bed should be where the living room is located. . The sheets were stained and had a ton of lint balls on them. The next morning we got new sheets and they were much better. The shower pressure wasn’t good and the shower area was very tight. The WiFi didn’t work it actually made my phone slow down when I signed into it. The cable channel line up is not accurate. Disney, Nickelodeon, and all the other channels did not work the TV displayed “no signal” only the news channels worked. I think the cable is disconnected and the channel list in the rooms need to be removed. Also the 1 bedroom with living room pictures on here are not the correct layout. There wasn’t a balcony to sit out on and the room was not spacious as the photos are advertising. Other than that it was an ok stay stay.
