The hotel is beautiful and the casino was wonderful. They were doing some improvements while we were there but they kept it where we really didn’t notice while we were walking around the casino. All staff members we had encountered were great and welcoming! We will be back for another stay!

The spa experience was absolutely amazing. I did a little too much shopping, but my only regret was not eating at one of thier fantastic restaurants. The lines were long. I wonder why they don't use the vibrating pads to call you when your table is ready?

The overall resort was great. It was our first time there, so we had nothing to compare it to. The staff was very helpful and assisted with everything from directions to recommendations. The pools were nice and clean, Casino floor was also well maintained. Food variety was plentiful that we never left the resort. We wanted a small get-a-way for a concert nearby and this place was perfect for relaxing before and after the show. I would book again.

Everything was great, the bell hops are amazing. One dislike if it’s your first time, it’s a little hard to find your way around. Other than that, the staff is pretty friendly and even the valet is great!

The hotel & casino were clean and you didn’t have to leave the property. Plenty of restaurants, pools and entertainment. The staff at the pool really hustled to make sure everyone had their drinks & food served poolside, except for our waitress unfortunately!! We had poor service at the pool, and after an hour with no sight of our server, we had to go to bar ourselves. This should not happen when paying top dollar for a room. Other than pool service, stay was good
