We stayed on the Club Level, and the concierges were great!!! They couldn't do enough for us! The front desk staff were great too! It was Halloween, and they celebrated in style!

Loved staying at this hotel! I was hesitant because it wasn’t on the beach but they have a shuttle that takes you straight to their beach location with a great pool! Staff was incredibly friendly

Lovely hotel, the attention from staff was excellent. I really enjoyed their delicious food and amazing views. The beach club was an excellent add on to my stay. The pool was amazing and the private beach was stunning!!

Caitlyn came to our table last night and spent about 25 minutes with us, sharing her story about how she became a team member at The Ritz-Carlton. Even while taking the time to connect with us, she was still seamlessly managing the entire restaurant; truly impressive to watch. I don’t know where you found her, but you need about seven more like her across your properties. She’s far beyond first class; she’s in a league of her own. She truly elevated our evening and made our visit unforgettable. We will absolutely be back because of her. Kimberly is an absolute standout; truly extraordinary. Her smile and laugh are so infectious that if you’re having a bad day, she’ll instantly turn it around. Whoever had the insight to place her at the front of the house is a genius, because her caring and loving nature shines through in every interaction. Her personal touch has a way of soothing even the most stressed guest and makes everyone feel genuinely welcome.

Brilliant service! Unique place! They have an amazing and private beach club near the hotel (around 10 mins from there) and each guest has permission to access there.

Amazing hotel with wonderful views. Had a lovely family feel and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. It felt decadent but without the snobby mess you get at some hotels. We will definitely come back. The restaurant was pricey but the service and food were absolutely superb.

The Ritz Carlton is not the nicest hotel I have ever visited but the hospitality is unmatched. Not a single bad experience. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and gracious. Room and bed are extremely comfortable. Quiet halls. Gym is well equipped with modern equipment. The only things I would change are: 1) a yoga studio or place to stretch at the gym 2) move the smoking area farther from the front entrance. For an upscale hotel, one should not have to inhale cigarette smoke while waiting for your car.
