"Absolutely loved our time here! The views are gorgeous. Our suite was very clean and lots of room. The restaurant on site had great breakfast and a good lunch/dinner. Only “negative” would be the staffing at the on site restaurant. The staff had amazing attitudes but you could tell they were short staffed and tried their best to keep up with the busy times. Caused a little bit of delay with being seated and drinks and such. "

"We visited this hotel with our three boys under the age of ten. The views were amazing. It was set away from the busy downtown area which I loved. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. Pool was perfect for the parents and the kids. Beach was easily accessible and just beautiful. We will absolutely be back!"

"We arrived at around 10 pm after a 12 hour drive. The place was overbooked and they sent us to another location. When we arrived at the other hotel, our room had roaches and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. They finally had a room ready for us on the following day. We were promised free parking and breakfast for the troubles but we still got charged for breakfast. The amenities were nice, but overall it was a terrible experience."

"Everything was great and staff are wonderful. Very lively and entertaining. I only have one frustrating issue. We stayed in a studio on 15th floor and the nightstand has outlets and charger ports built in and no other outlets on that side of room. Well it’s so old that it doesn’t hold charger boxes and usb doesn’t work. I recommend bringing tape to hold it in. I wedged something underneath to hold the plug in. "Took a day trip to Clearwater to decompress before heading back home. Stayed at Sheraton Key Resort based off of availability and the pool/beach. The pool definitely looks better in pictures however it was nice! The beach is beautiful and they have a golf cart drive you the short distance. Chair rentals are not included in the stay.
