"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. "Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"The staff member who was at reception was friendly and helpful - check-in was easy. I had the standard room and it was a great size and super clean. The king bed was so comfy and bed clothes very good quality. The 4 x usb ports as well as regular sockets were really useful. Nice complementary toiletries too. Thank you"

"Do not book this place. The building smells and the unit has not been cleaned in ages. Dirty bathroom. Upon arriving back at the property hoping to get some sleep and rest late at night after spending the day exploring the city, we found on of the beds was broken! The center support beam (which was taped to the frame with clear box tape instead of using screws to install properly…) of one of the double beds was snapped down the middle and we had to stay awake past midnight to get it fixed....
