"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"The studio room was very clean, the kitchen had everything needed (coffee, cleaning products, cutlery), bathroom was very good. Check in is possible late after midnight you just need to ring the bell and be patient as the staff might not be at the reception. The room has sealed windows (that don't open) but air conditioning which ensures ventilation. Views are lovely from top floor rooms."

"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again. "The room was generally clean, but some of the lights did not work, so we only had the small lights around the room. The room was very noisy. It was like every time a toilet is flushed, it comes into the room."

"Very clean room and amenities needed in the kitchen if you wanted a quick easy meal. Coffee was very nice touch with the cafeteria. It wasn't warm season but the AC was recommended so can close a window as close to the train line. Perfect location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the tube. Nice quirky neighbourhood. "This is a newish, really well run, high value for the cost apartment hotel, with kitchenettes, 24 hour lounge, and helpful staff. Location in White Chapel is really excellent. Famous White Chapel Art Gallery is a block and a half away. Movie Theaters, many restaurants easy walk away. Really superb gourmet grocery is just across the street. Famous Brick Lane district is a few blocks further, Only downside is less expensive units were somewhat snug. (We upgraded to larger unit after first night.)...
