"Excellent service - we arrived in the morning but could check in earlier free of charge, and also got an umbrella borrowed as it was a (what a surprise!) rainy day in London. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, great location close to the tube station (which takes you in 30min to the city centre), and supermarkets nearby - to sum up, we had everything we needed on our 3 days visit in the city (including a free drink in the bar). "

"ホテル内に植物や置物、絵画などが非常に沢山置かれていて美術館にいるような安らぎを感じるホテル。ルーフトップには植物園並の草木が茂りここでもくつろげるのは素晴らしいと思った。図書館をリノベーションしたホテルのため一部の部屋は階段利用になるので荷物を運ぶのが少し大変だった。今回は2泊で時間が無かったが次回はスパ、ジムも利用しながら宿泊したい。"
