"I was in San Francisco for 2 nights . My reason was to renew my Dutch passport and so i choose this hotel because of its walkability to the consulate. The reviews were good and I liked the location. "It was a wonderful place that I would totally choose again when in the area. Just fyi if noise is something you cannot handle then you might have to reconsider staying in the downtown area. It can get loud at night but we were able to overcome that. Everything else was great. "

"Great hotel. Great location. Make sure you ask for a room that does NOT overlook the courtyard. The industrial HvAC units are beyond loud unless you keep windows closed. If you want to open windows for fresh air you will pay the price "

Soraya and others at the front desk were wonderful and they are a big reason for our positive review. However, we were a bit disappointed in the following: morning coffee and water in lobby were empty each day, water dispenser in the gym was also empty. Our keys needed to be rekeyed 3x. Our housekeeper who was generally excellent entered our room once without knocking first. Doorman did not...
