Downtown Calgary

Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
The elevators were too small. When leaving in the morning with a baby/stroller we had to wait 20 minutes just to get down to the main floor.

Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel
The hotel doesnt accept koho mastercard credit and does not have cash deposits for out of town visitors even if u book with hotels.com its not clear they dont use kohos other than that its an amazing hotel 2 pools restaurant lounge and good service

Douglas Fir Resort and Chalets
We booked for our 3 kids to enjoy the water slides and pool and found out when we go there that they were not working. My kids were devastated after a 5hr drive. Hidden Ridge Resort
Courteous and helpful staff. Great location. 10 min walk to main road in Banff. Fireplace in room was nice. The rooms could use a deep clean but they were fine for the outdoor feel it strives for.
